In other news, does anybody remember the concept of "surfing" the web? We use this term nowadays to describe browsing, but I mean in it's much older sense. When you would go from site to site with no real purpose in mind but just seeing what you could find by clicking on the next random link. I did some blog surfing today, which is a new game I made up wherein you read someone's blog (or xanga if you prefer, but not myspace cause myspace blows beans) and click on the link for the first person to make a comment on that blog. I read about such subjects as islands, purple belts, and nothing, quite fun.

Michael, my suitemate who took me to the hospital when I (didn't) have a heart attack, told me today that he watched Cube this past weekend on my recommendation. Right on! And he's going to rent Cube 2: Hypercube, and Cube Zero this weekend to watch them as well. FYI Hypercube is pretty bad but Zero falls between the first and second movies.

I received my self purchased "Tech Treat" this afternoon, and for my hard earned 25 dining dollars it contained: 4 Dr Peppers (cans), 1 (1.75 oz) bag Chex Mix, 1 Nature Valley trail mix fruit and nut bar, 1 (3.5 oz) bag mini Pepperidge Farm Nantucket chocolate chunk cookies(MSRP 99c), 1 (2.8 oz) bag mini Pepperidge Farm Chessmen cookies (also MSRP 99c), 1 (2 oz) bag of Peppperidge Farm Milano cookies (contains 5, also also MSRP 99c), 1 (1.75 oz) bag Nacho Cheese Doritos, 1 (2 oz) bag Fritos (original flavor), 1 "snack pack" of Keebler toast and peanut butter sandwich crackers (made with real peanut butter), 1 Snickers bar, 1 3 Musketeers bar, and one package KitKat crisp wafers in milk chocolate. Money well spent in my opinion.

  Other changes in my collegiate life:

I'll be living in the newest dorm on campus, instead of the oldest one with the newest remodeling.
A friend of mine is engaged. Crazy. Extra Crazy, because she's my age and her fiance is Kels' age.
Kels is coming to Tech instead of going to Pratt. Which is both good and bad.
I have one week left of school, and two finals.
I'm hooked on the little chocolate donuts.
The president on 24 is the bad guy.
Nobody's reading this because I didn't update it for months.
I wanna be a playwright. And my script was selected for reading in class tomorrow.
My choice of classes has not been accepted by my (undecided arts and sciences) advisor so I have to got see her sometime soon.
I haven't played World of Warcraft in over a week and I'm ok with that.
I received my copy of the bill of rights: security edition.
Keifer Sutherland has signed a contract for 3 more seasons of 24, for a grand total of 8 days. I want to have a 24 watching party some summer were we spend a week watching every episode of the show, but I don't think anyone would come, even though each "day" only lasts 18 hours because of commercials, which means six hours for resting everyday on the fest.

  I'm doing what now?

not engineering that's for sure. It's just not my thing. I recently took a super advanced personality test and it told me that my top three areas are Politics/public speaking, Performing arts, and mathematics. No real suprise there, but it makes it really hard to decide what i want to do with my college life. I would like to Focus on theatre, but as my mother says, I have to support a family some day. The test also said i would be good with being a College Instructor, which really interests me and i coul teach theatre ata college and be cool with that, even if i didnt rake in the money from it. But the part of me that wants to make money really says go for something more like the math or public speaking. I don't even know what sort of jobs there are for public speaking majors, or what major that really is. The one less acurate thing the test told me was that i was well suited ot be a musician, but i dont play an insturment.

Prayers are appreciated from anybody who might read this.

Also this website has a super nifty idea: www.securityedition.com basically they sell playing card sized copies of the bill of rights on sheet metal that you take to the airport, where you would literally have to give up your rights. I like it.
